In the quaint town of Steeple Falls, known for its deep-rooted Halloween traditions, the eccentric Frank Carlyle ran a peculiar horror shop that delighted locals and visitors alike. After Frank’s passing, his widowed grandson Richard reluctantly returns from Boston with his two children, the inquisitive Ian and the mischievous Claire, to sort out the family inheritance.
