As a powerful storm descends upon the city, visibility on the Airport Bridge deteriorates rapidly, turning a routine evening into a chaotic nightmare. The bridge, a crucial link connecting the airport to the city, becomes the epicenter of a catastrophic situation as worsening weather conditions render visibility nearly impossible. The once-bustling bridge is now shrouded in a dense, blinding fog, making navigation perilous and triggering a series of chain collisions.

The initial fender-bender quickly escalates into a full-blown disaster as vehicles pile up, causing a domino effect of crashes and explosions. These canines, the result of a controversial military experiment, possess advanced training and enhanced physical abilities. With their containment compromised, the Echo canines, driven by their training and heightened instincts, become aggressive and uncontrollable. They begin to stalk and attack any living beings they encounter on the bridge. The once-hidden experiment has now become a lethal threat, as the canines hunt down the survivors of the accidents.
