The Vietnam War has officially come to an end, and American troops are being pulled out, bringing a wave of relief and a sense of peace. Yet, beneath the calm surface of North Michigan’s forests, a sinister presence lurks. A troubled war veteran, scarred by his experiences, remains hidden in the wilderness, driven by a singular purpose: to kill.

When six ruthless criminals, fresh from a daring bank robbery that netted them three million dollars, find themselves on the run from the law, they stumble into this haunted forest. Their escape from the heist has left them on edge, but the thrill of their ill-gotten gains quickly turns to dread as they realize they’re not alone.

As they navigate the eerie surroundings, tensions rise among the group. The once united front begins to splinter as paranoia sets in, and the looming threat of the veteran becomes all too real. With each step deeper into the woods, the criminals must confront not only the consequences of their actions but also the possibility of becoming the hunted.

Faced with the choice of fleeing into the unknown or confronting their worst nightmare, the group grapples with their fate. Will they find a way to survive the wrath of the determined veteran, or will their greed lead them to a grim end? The tension mounts as the chase unfolds, forcing them to question whether their chance at freedom is worth the price of their lives.
