Demon Days – Im Bann der Dämonen

Jason and his wife, Sarah, leave their adopted home in Shanghai to attend the funeral of his uncle in Vancouver, British Columbia. Staying with his Aunt Mei, they find themselves in a city that feels foreign and unsettling. The atmosphere becomes even more disquieting when their young son, Sam, begins experiencing visions of ghosts and scenes of violent death.

Concerned for his wellbeing, Jason and Sarah take Sam to the hospital, where he undergoes a series of tests. As they grapple with their son’s troubling behavior, Sarah seeks advice from a local pharmacist who has a deep understanding of Chinese mythology. The pharmacist reveals that dark supernatural forces may be targeting Sam, intensifying Sarah’s fears for her child’s safety.
